Delivery and Payment
- How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery charges will be added to your basket based on it's value.
Orders under £20 will be charged at £2.99 and sent by Royal Mail.
Orders above £20 will be charged £4.99 and sent by Courier with recorded delivery.
Delivery times are usually 2-4 working days.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Upgrade
You'll have the option to upgrade to next day delivery for £7.99.
The cut off time for next working day is 2.00pm. If you place an order before this time, it will be processed and dispatched the same day, and delivered to you the next. If you place an order after 2:00pm, it will be processed and dispatched the next working day, and delivered to you the day after.We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
European Delivery
We can arranged delivery to any European country, cost will be dependant on weight and size.
Please contact us for a quotation.
We aim to despatch orders placed with us before 2.00pm Monday to Friday the same day subject to stock and payment clearance. Orders placed with us after 2.00pm Monday to Friday, and orders placed over weekends and bank holidays, will be despatched the next working day subject to stock and payment clearance.
- How long does delivery take?

We endeavour that all orders are delivered within 7 working days.
Dependant on spend, we use two methods of despatch.
Under £20 we charge £2.99 and send via the royal mail 1st Class service.
Orders over £20 are sent by courier and charged at £4.99.
Delivery times are usually 2-4 working days.
A next working day delivery option is available at £7.99 on all orders.
All methods of despatch require signed for delivery. - Stock availabilty

The items offered for sale on this site are stock lines. Under normal circumstances, they will be in stock and available for despatch. Payment is taken at the time of ordering on this site and not postponed until dispatch.
Where an item is not available, we will notify you of an expected delivery time and give the option to cancel the order. - Is my payment secure?

Amberley Tech protects it's customers' information and ensures the security of your credit card transactions by enabling 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on our checkout pages. When you are in our Secure Checkout area, all information typed in by you is encrypted into a code that is impossible for unauthorised parties to read.
For your added peace of mind you will see the padlock symbol appear at the bottom of your browser window when you are on our secure pages to notify you that you're buying in a secure area.
Please note that we can only accept orders from web browsers that permit communication through SSL technology, which means orders cannot be inadvertently placed through an unsecured connection – most web browsers above version 3 support this security.
We do not hold your credit card details.
- Can I collect my order?

Amberley Tech is an online shop, and we can deliver your order to your door throughout all of the UK. However it is not possible for you to collect the order directly from our warehouses.
Returns Policy
- Can I cancel my order?

You have a right to cancel your order before despatch or within seven working days after the date of delivery by
emailing us at info@amberleytech.co.uk quoting your order reference number. We will refund you the cost of the unwanted item within 30 days. Once you receive the cancelled order please contact us and we will supply the appropriate warehouse address for you to return the item back to us within seven days of receiving the parcel.You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted goods to us. If you do not return the goods to us as requested, they must be made available for collection and you will be charged the cost of recovering the goods from yourself.
Goods must be returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession. We ask that any goods that are in sealed packaging and are clearly visible without the need to open the packaging remain unopened. If any of these conditions are not met, you will be charged to cover the loss in value to the goods.
Any unwanted goods being returned to us must be properly packed and addressed, with adequate postage and sent with a reputable carrier. We recommend sending goods back using recorded/registered delivery with insurance from Royal Mail.
- Returning faulty or damaged goods

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned and tested. Please contact us before you return any goods you believe are faulty, as some problems can be rectified without the need to return the product. All goods returned as faulty will be fully tested to confirm that they are faulty, please enclose your order reference , contact details and a short description of any fault and then send to the address above.
If your goods become faulty after 14 days but within warranty, please contact us at info@amberleytech.co.uk and we will advise the best way to have the goods repaired/replaced.
